CVICT Nepal is a leading organization in the field of mental health, human rights and peace building.
CVICT is implementing a project: Promoting Human Right of GBV Survivors through Capacity Building| to address women rights, sexual harassment, policy gaps and inadequate knowledge and capacity as well as service providers on gender sensitivity and justice with the support of KIOS Finland in Kavre district.
CVICT is seeking a competent consultant for research on ‘effectiveness of services of local judicial bodies according to law’. The main purpose of this activity is to recommend the local bodies for policy intervention. This research will be conducted in four project municipalities (Dhulikhel, Panchkhal, Madandeupur and Panauti).
Required qualification and experience:
Master degree (Bachelor degree preferable) in law, gender studies and development studies and at least 3 years’ experience in human right research especially in mixed method research ( qualitative and quantitative research and familiarity with the work of judicial committee).
Good command in both Nepali and English language
