Capacity building of personnel on psychosocial intervention, community mediation, non violence, discipline with dignity, legal and human rights among others aims to enhance their skills. These trainings are in some way or the other related to prevention of torture and rehabilitation of torture victims. While serving this purpose, it has produced many skilled
personnel who are working in these areas with various governmental and non-governmental as well as international organizations and have become trainers themselves after more extensive courses.
