Refresher training

Centre for Victims of Torture (CVICT) Nepal in coordination with District Public Health Office and Rapti Sub regional hospital, Dang has successfully conducted a 3 days refresher training to the medical officers of various Health Facilities (Rapti sub regional hospital, Srigaun primary health centre and Lamahi primary health centre of Dang District, from 21 to 23 August 2014.

The training was a major activity of the project “Integrating Mental Health in Primary Health Care in Post Conflict Setting” funded by Physician for Social Responsibility (PSR), Finland. There were 9 participants. The participants were enthusiastic during the whole period of training and appreciated the efforts of CVICT to integrate mental health up to primary health care level.
