Centre for Victims of Torture (CVICT) Nepal, established in 1990, is a national level NGO working in the sector of Human Rights, Community Peace-building and Mental Health. It is now seeking qualified, result-orientated and self-motivated staffs for implementing a project ‘Promoting human right of Detainees and Prisoner in Nepal’. This project will be implemented in prisons of Kavre, Makwanpur and Kathmandu districts. CVICT is inviting application for the following position:

1 Monitoring and Advocay  Officer (based in Kathmandu) with field visit based on need - Master in Law with at least 2-years working experience in project management with government line agencies. S/he will be responsible for planning, management, monitoring, reporting, facilitate training and liase with concerned district authorities. Prior experience working with prisoners is preferred.
